Biography

Dr. Rory O'Shea is an Associate Professor of Innovation Management at the School of Business, University College Dublin. His research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of technology strategy, management of innovation, academic freedom and artificial intelligence. He has published in leading international innovation journals. Previously, Assoc Prof O'Shea served as a postdoctoral fellow and a Visiting Assistant Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan. Whilst an undergraduate student at UCD, he was elected auditor (President) of the Commerce & Economics Society and during his tenure the society won the 'UCD Society of the Year' award. He is a recipient of the UCD President's Award.
